摘要

Abstract

Teachers, as educators, should firstly be learners. Teachers should learn from each other. Although the cooperation and communication between teachers has greatly been strengthened,it doesn't achieve real professional communication,spiritual collision and the joint development. Based on the elaboration of the reciprocal type of teachers learning community, the paper analyzes the benefits of learning community to teacher's professional development, the all- round development of students and "win- win" development of school. In addition, the paper discusses the construction strategy from the perspective of strengthening teachers' sense of identity, motivating principals to get involved in community construction and community culture construction and establishment of incentive mechanism, in order to achieve the purpose of mutually beneficial cooperation between teachers.
