Influence of the Unique Successful Value on Career Planning of the Youth
摘要
Abstract
As for the unique succesful vale,it overemphasizes materialistic standard instead of the internal feelings;it overemphasizes the instant benefit instead of future development. It results in the youth＇s blindness in goal choosing and restrains their potential. Meanwhile, the unique successful value represses the students＇ feelings and makes them eager to find the shortcut,eager to be successful overnight,and become narrow - minded and short - sighted. Therefore, we must educate the youth to change the biased successful value and their opinion towards talents in order to realize the youth＇s self- development,establish correct successful value and make their career planning in an effective way.关键词
