基于行业人才调查的高校生物制药人才培养平台建设刍议
On Biopharmaceutical Talent Training Platform Construction in Universities and Colleges Cased on the Survey in Bio - Industry
摘要
Abstract
According to the principle that higher education ought to be in conformity with the requirements of local economic and social development,in this paper, some proposals and countermeasures about how.universities and colleges establish biopharmaceutical talent training platform are put forward based on questionnaire survey about the talents demand in biopharmaceutical companies in Chengdu national bio- industry base as well as based on the cooperation between universities, governmem and enterprises. Priorities should be given to the course setup according to the demand of bio - industry, to the establishment of training base and to the further education of professional ethics, etc.关键词
