摘要

Abstract

There is no explicit definition of piano impromptu accompaniment course in music conservatories in China,no specialized teachers and no authoritative textbooks for this course, and no systematic teaching methodology. TheIefore, many problems emerge during students' unpromptu aecompamment study. The toUowing suggestions are put torward in order to deal with the problenm mentioned above:firstly, teachers should fully acknowledge the important position of impromptu accompaniment in piar.o course. The course should be taught by specialized teachers instead of pianists. Secondly, students should lay a solid foundation for their impromptu accompaniment and also should know how to use their knowledge in a flexible way.
