Abstract
Ethnic minority students are special in mainland universities.So many problems exist among them,such as the lack of gratitude,poor academic performance,different habits and customs,outstanding psychological problems and so on.Therefore,we should pay much attention to education of patriotism,students＇ academic performance,respects for ethnic customs,and the concern for each student in order to improve the management of ethnic minority students and help them adapt to the new environment better and more quickly.In this way not only can benefit the cultivation of talents for ethnic regions,but also can maintain the social peace and the unity among ethnic groups in China.关键词
