On Generation and Training of Teachers＇ Self-Awareness
摘要
Abstract
From the macro perspective,the teachers＇ self-awareness has two meanings：Survival guarantee and development need.The teachers＇ training is mainly based on three aspects：firstly,the theory supplements and the experience exchanges;secondly,the professional leisure and the mind stretch;thirdly,individual cognition and self-analysis.The final goal of teachers＇ training in primary and middle schools is to realize the renewal and the reconstruction of teachers＇ self-awareness and to better promote education and teaching reform and develop the activities which impart knowledge and educate people by the change of teachers＇ self-awareness.关键词
