On Generation and Training of Teachers' Self-Awareness
摘要
Abstract
From the macro perspective,the teachers' self-awareness has two meanings:Survival guarantee and development need.The teachers' training is mainly based on three aspects:firstly,the theory supplements and the experience exchanges;secondly,the professional leisure and the mind stretch;thirdly,individual cognition and self-analysis.The final goal of teachers' training in primary and middle schools is to realize the renewal and the reconstruction of teachers' self-awareness and to better promote education and teaching reform and develop the activities which impart knowledge and educate people by the change of teachers' self-awareness.关键词
