新课改视域下小学教师课堂教学失范行为研究

摘要
Abstract
Under the New Curriculum,primary-school teachers＇ nonstandard behaviors in teaching include the lack of ＂professional ethics＂ and the violation of ＂the law of teaching＂ and ＂the law of students＇ development＂.Therefore,improvement strategies are put forward：define the teachers＇ professional ethics;establish supervision and evaluation mechanism;set up a correct concept of teaching,study and development;Form the awareness of self-control and self-reflection.In this way,teachers＇ teaching will be closely related to students＇ study.Finally,teachers＇ ethnics will rouse students＇ study interest,teachers＇ wisdom will enlighten students＇ wisdom and teachers＇ behavior will influence the students＇ behavior.关键词
