新课改视域下小学教师课堂教学失范行为研究

Abstract
Under the New Curriculum,primary-school teachers' nonstandard behaviors in teaching include the lack of "professional ethics" and the violation of "the law of teaching" and "the law of students' development".Therefore,improvement strategies are put forward:define the teachers' professional ethics;establish supervision and evaluation mechanism;set up a correct concept of teaching,study and development;Form the awareness of self-control and self-reflection.In this way,teachers' teaching will be closely related to students' study.Finally,teachers' ethnics will rouse students' study interest,teachers' wisdom will enlighten students' wisdom and teachers' behavior will influence the students' behavior.关键词
