小学教育专业教育实习存在的问题及对策

Abstract
As an important part of teachers＇ education,educational practice is not only an indispensable section of teaching practice to realize the goal of talents cultivation,but also an important way in which student can apply the education and teaching theories in actual teaching to gain rich personal knowledge and speed up the mastery of teaching skills.In recent years,educational practice is emphasized a lot at home and abroad,and therefore,it develops to a more advanced level.Restricted by various factors,some problems still exist in educational practice.This paper mainly analyzes the problems of educational practice of primary education and discusses the countermeasures from the following four aspects：improving the training model of teachers＇ education;innovating upon the ＂student-centered＂ educational practice model among schools and colleges;establishing the long effective cooperation mechanism with schools and colleges;making clear the task and responsibilities of the tutors.关键词
