加强地方高校管理人员队伍建设的思考
On Strengthening the Management Personnel Construction in Local Universities
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the current state of management personnel in local universities,the thesis analyzes some of the problems existing in the management personnel construction and puts forward the following measures used to strengthen the management personnel construction in local universities：emphasize the cultural construction in the management personnel in local universities;be strict with the standard used to select talents;enhance the comprehensive quality of personnel;to realize the value of personnel to the maximum extent;pay attention to the training of the management personnel in order to enable them to have the capabilities to choose various tasks;actively promote the formation of incentive mechanism of human resources in order to further enrich means of encouragement;lay stress on encouragement while take fairness into consideration.All of these measures are proposed in order that the potential of management personnel will be fully brought out for the purpose of better serving the construction of local universities.关键词
