摘要

Abstract

The construction of teachers' practice community not only favors for Chinese teachers' specialty development, but also helps teachers to form an equal and ceopemtive relationship. However, there am some obstacles in the process of the construction of teachers' practice communlty,such as teachers' low qua/ity,the pressure from schools ' projects and the incomplete system etc. These problems will hinder the further development of the construction of teacher s' practice community in China. In order to solve these problems, the following suggestions am propoed:improve teachers' internal specialty attainment; trigger teachers' initiatives and creativity;consummate schools' management system etc.
