摘要

Abstract

Based on the investigation of Chinese teachers' specialty development in rural primary school, the paper analyses the problems that exist in their specialty development and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: establish the management mechanism and in- centive mechanism to assure teachers' specialty development; the construction of a study - oriented teaching and research organization, the practice of teaching and research activities comprehensive reading and knowledge collection all serve as the basis for teachers' specialty develovment.
