摘要

Abstract

A novel high conductive ink was developed. Firstly, silver nanorods and spherical silver nanoparticles were synthesized by reduction of silver nitrate solution with ethylene glycol and N, N-dimethylformamide as reducing agents, respectively. The conductive inks were prepared by using composite of silver nanorods and nanoparticles, biphenol-A epoxyresin/phenolic resin and butanone, etc. The effects of curing temperature and time on conductive properties of the prepared ink were studied. The results show that the conductive pattern of the ink curing for 20 min at 150 °C has a dense surface structure and sufficient 3-D conduction pathways, whose volume resistivity is 3.6x10-6 Ω Cm.
