The Optimization of ε-Polylysine Purification

Abstract
In this study, cation exchange resin D113 was used for e-Polylysine purification. Taking desorption rate of ε-Polylysine as the evaluation index, the influences of the hydrochloric acid concentration, adsorption pH, desorption time and the desorption temperature were investigated. After the single factor experiment, the orthogonal test was also done. The results showed that the order of factor attributed to the E-Polylysine desorption rate factors was: desorption time> desorption temperature> desorption solution of hydrochloric acid concentration> adsorption pH. The best technical conditions were as follows: desorption time 12 h, desorption temperature 25 °C, desorption liquid hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.7 mol/L, and adsorption pH 4, under which e-Polylysine desorption rate was 96.8%.关键词
