超高效液相色谱法测定卷烟包装纸中的二苯甲酮和4-甲基二苯甲酮
Determination of Benzophenone and 4-Methybenzophenone Residual Content in Cigarette Packing Paper by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract
A rapid method for the analysis of benzophenone (BP) and 4-methybenzophenone (4-MBP) residual content from cigarette packing paper was developed. The cutted cigarette packing paper was extracted ultrasonically using acetonitrile, followed by clean-up of extract using 0.22 μm organic phase filter. The BP and 4-MBP were completely separated in 7 minutes on Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7 μm, 50 mm × 2.1 mm I.d.) by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water system. The limits of detection of BP and 4-MBP in the method were 0.0021 mg/dm2 and 0.0018 mg/dm2, and the recovery was 100.7%-106.9% with relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 5%. In addition, the peak purity of sample was researched with the 3D spectrum scan method. The result indicated that the peaks' purity of BP and 4-MBP were satisfied on the method.关键词
