Abstract
A double antibody sandwich immunachromatopgraphic fast test method was established by choosing high specific influenza A &B nucleoprotein, and its sensitivity and specific were investigated And then fever contributed pharyngeal swabs of 1928 patients were tested by this method and the Consistency for Influenza A and B was compared with that by commercial GICA assay. The sensitivity for influenza A&B was diluted to 1:5000 for TC1D50, and no cross-reaction was found with other common virus. Positive coincidence rate for influenza A were 95.75% and 92.52%, Negative coincidence rate for influenza B were 92.95% and 99.53%, respectively. This fast test method showed high sensitivity and specificity, which had the great potential in the management of infuluenza A&B disease on patients with fever.关键词
