摘要

Abstract

The resonance fluorescence characteristics of carbaryl and carbofuran solution were revealed, and the two pesticide residues were simultaneous determined. In phosphate buffer solution with pH 6, the two pesticides showed strong resonance fluorescence signals, and the resonance fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of the pesticides. When recording the resonance fluorescence intensity of standard solution I and blank Io measured at maximum wavelength and calculating AI=I-Io, the corresponding concentration of AI in the work curve was fixed, so the pesticide residues content can be quantitatively determined.
