摘要
Abstract
The protein and starch of oat was preliminary separated.The condition of extraction of oat protein was obtained by single factor test of pH,the ratio of material to solvent,temperature,time etc and orthogonal test.The separated oat protein and starch was purified.The optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions of oat protein purification and oat starch purification were obtained.The obtaining rate of oat starch was 86.2%,and the purity was 77.6%.关键词
