Preparation of fatty acid reference material of soybean oil
摘要
Abstract
The homogeneity, stability and setting value of fatty acid component of soybean oil were studied. The results showed that the homogeneity in or inter unit and stability of crude fat were accorded with preparatory demands of national first - class reference material. The setting values of fatty acid of the soybean oil were,palmitic acid(C16:0) 11.0±0.8 (%),stearic acid (ClS:0) 4.5 ±0.4(%),oleic acid (C18:1) 20.7±1.0 ( % ) ,linoleic acid (C18:2 ) 54.2±2.4( % ) and linolenic acid (C18:3 ) 8.9±1.8 ( % ).关键词
