摘要
Abstract
aim： To investigate the scavenging free-radicals activity of the coarse polysaccharides in fructus S. sphenanthera （CPSS） in vitro. Method： CPSS was extracted with hot-water. Colorimetric method was used to determined the scavenging effects on DPPH, ＇OH and 02 different. The IC50 were 0.43 anticxidant effects Result： In different free-radical systems, CPSS all had anticxidant effects. But the effects were mg/mL （DPPH＇）, 3.28mg/mL（.OH） and 14.81mg/mL（O2 -）.
