摘要
Abstract
aim: To investigate the scavenging free-radicals activity of the coarse polysaccharides in fructus S. sphenanthera (CPSS) in vitro. Method: CPSS was extracted with hot-water. Colorimetric method was used to determined the scavenging effects on DPPH, 'OH and 02 different. The IC50 were 0.43 anticxidant effects Result: In different free-radical systems, CPSS all had anticxidant effects. But the effects were mg/mL (DPPH'), 3.28mg/mL(.OH) and 14.81mg/mL(O2 -).
