摘要
Abstract
This study extracted goose blood hemoglobin peptide through the methods of double enzymatic hydrolysis and a series of technologies of chromatography separation .detected purification of goose blood hemoglobin peptide composition, simultaneously ,content and molecular weight were also measured. The results showed that： the sample peptide contents were 682.27mg / g; mainly contains Fe, K, Na, Ca, P, Se, Mn, Zn, Sn and other minerals; mainly contains His, Arg, Trp, Met, Lys and other amino acids ; protein peptide molecular weight concentrated in the 500-1200Da range.关键词
