摘要

Abstract

In our country, referred to relative humidity (RH), there is a wide gap between the south and the north. High relative humidity brings bad effect on spray drying. It includes lower intake air temperature when in production, serious powder hanging in tower tall, too much moisture content in product, lower production effeciency.We must design the spray humidity system on the basisi of relative humidity, as it is a key parameter. Taking the vertical pressure spray drying tower RGYP01-500 for milk powder making as an example to elaborate.
