Abstract
Objective:To study the anti-fatigue effect of functional drink.Methods:The KM male mice were randomLy divided into four groups according to their body weight:a solvent control group,functional drink group of 12.5,25 and 75mL/(kg·bw).The mice were administered respectively with water and 12.5,25,75mL/(kg·bw)functional drink.After 30 days,the forced swimming test,blood lactic acid,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and hepatic glycogen content were determined.Result:In 25,75mL/(kg·bw)functional drink could not only significantly prolonged the swimming time of mice(p0.05),but also could obviously accelerate lactic acid clearance and reduce blood urea nitrogen(p0.05 or p0.01).75mL/(kg·bw)functional drink could decrease the consumption of hepatic glycogen content compared with that in control group(p0.01).Conclusion:Functional drink had an anti-fatigue effect.关键词
