摘要
Abstract
Objective:The different methods of removing protein from polysaccharide of Platycodon Grandiflorum were studied.Method:The different methods of removing protein including Sevag,trichloroacetic acid-n-Butyl alcohol,butyl alcohol and AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin were compared with the rate of deproteinization and polysaccharide loss as indexes.Result:AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin had the best effect on the removal of protein with the rate of deproteinization and polysaccharide loss were 90.1% and 17.4%.Conclusion:The method of AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was an effective method for removing protein from polysaccharide extract of Platycodon Grandiflorum with the high rate of deproteinization and the low rate of polysaccharides loss.关键词
