摘要

Abstract

Objective:To determine the optimized extracting process of tannin from the shell of Camellia oleifera Abel.and study its hypoglycemic effect.Method:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for assay,optimized extraction conditions were adopted by using ultrasonic parameters orthogonal tests.The tannin exreacted from the shell of Camellia oleifera Abel.was given to mice at the dose of 400mg/(kg·d)(ig)and the effect on blood glucose was observed.Results:The optimized extraction conditions were 50% ethanol extracting in 20times solution for 80min.The tannin contect in the shell of Camellia oleifero Abel.was 6.75%.The fasting serum glucose in diabetic mice was reduced significantly.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process could extract the tannin from the shell of Camellia oleifera Abel.efficiently and the extraction technology was simple and reasonable.It's a protential factor for decreasing bloodsugar.
