马尾松花粉中总黄酮类物质提取条件的研究
Extraction of total flavonoids from pinus pollen
摘要
Abstract
The total flavonoids were prepared from pinus pollen by the organic solvents.The factors which influcing the extraction rate of total flavonoids were studied and optimized through single-factor and orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that fat removal treatment had no manifest influence on the extraction of the total flavonoids.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:95% ethanol concentration,solid to liquid ratio 1:25,temperature 70℃,time 2.5h.Under this condition,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 13.52mg/g.关键词
