摘要

Abstract

The method of immobilized β-glucuronidase was studied in this paper,β-glucuronidase has been immobilized on chitin with glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent.Some factors that had effect on activity of immobilized β-glucuronidase were studied.The optimal conditions of immobilization were achieved by using the method of orthogonal test,when glutaraldehyde concentration was 0.7%,cross-linking time was 4h,adsorption time was 9h and reaction temperature was 40℃,the recovery rate of immobilized β-glucuronidase activity was 67.32%.
