玫瑰花茶对束缚应激小鼠旷场活动性的影响
Effect of the rose extract on stressed mice in open-field test
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the effect of rose extract on the open-field test of stressed mice,8-weeks-old male BALB/C mice were divided into 4 groups：control group（C）,stressed group（S）,low-dose rose extract group（L-RE）,and high-dose rose extract group（H-RE）based on their body weights.The mice of S,L-RE and H-RE group were suffered restraint stress 1h a day.6 weeks later,open-field test was determined.Results showed that compared with C group,fast-moving time（%）and the locomotive activity of S group in periphery and central area were markedly decreased（P0.05）.Compared with S group,L-RE group had higher locomotive activity in periphery and central area and had less immobility time（%）（P0.05）,and H-RE group had higher locomotive activity in periphery area and less immobility time（%）（P0.05）.The above results suggested rose extract was reducing the immobility time and improving the locomotive activity of stressed mice and showed some anxiolytic effect.关键词
