摘要

Abstract

A sensitive indirect competitive chemiluminescence's enzyme immunoassay(CLEIA)for deoxynivalenol in corn was developed. The optimized CLEIA gave a limit detection of 10. 7ng/mL and a detection range of 12. 9~163. 7ng/mL,with an IC50 of 46. 01ng/mL and it was about 4. 01 times more sensitive than that of colorimetric ELISA. It had been validated on cereals samples in terms of precision(intra-and interassay coefficient variations of less than 8. 1% and 12. 8%,respectively)and accuracy(mean recovery 91. 2%~99. 5%). These assay performances indicated that CLEIA was capable of being applied for the specific detection and routine monitoring of DON in corn samples.
