摘要
Abstract
Objective:The feasibility of the protein biochip technology for the detection of the AOZ was studied.Methods:Protein biochip by indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassay was established.Through the optimization of various factors,competition curve was obtained.Results:The protein chip can achieve high throughput and accurate detection of AOZ.The detection limit is 0.1ng/mL.Conclusion:For the simplicity and flexibility,it can be used as fast,high throughput determination method for the other contamination in foods or environment.关键词
