摘要
Abstract
Objective：The feasibility of the protein biochip technology for the detection of the AOZ was studied.Methods：Protein biochip by indirect competitive fluorescence immunoassay was established.Through the optimization of various factors,competition curve was obtained.Results：The protein chip can achieve high throughput and accurate detection of AOZ.The detection limit is 0.1ng/mL.Conclusion：For the simplicity and flexibility,it can be used as fast,high throughput determination method for the other contamination in foods or environment.关键词
