摘要
Abstract
S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAM)was a metabolite that results from the combination of methionine and ATP.It widely existed in plants,animals,microorganisms and participates in more than 40 kinds' biochemical reactions.It had remarkable curative effect on liver disease,depression,arthritis and many other diseases.The preparation methods of SAM included chemical synthesis,microbial fermentation,enzymatic synthesis in vitro and whole-cell catalytic method.It elaborated on the current status of microbial fermentation at home and abroad.关键词
