摘要

Abstract

Effects of wheat bran and its components on cell growth and polysaccharide accumulation were researched. The results showed that wheat bran protein and soluble fiber played non-active role in Aspergillus cell proliferation and polysaccharide accumulation,while ferulic acid could increase polysaccharide production although no significant effect on cell proliferation. When the cells were cultured in the fermentation medium for 36h,2% ferulic acid was added,then Aspergillus polysaccharide production was improved to 7.89g/L,37.9% increased than that in glucose medium.
