中性蛋白酶酶解提取牡蛎牛磺酸工艺条件研究
Study on extraction of taurine from oyster with neutral protease
摘要
Abstract
The effect of the enzyme temperature,enzyme added,pH and sold-liquid was studied for extraction of taurine. The result indicated that the optimal technological conditions of extracting taurine was: hydrolysis at temperature 40℃ ,quantity of enzyme E/S=1000u/g,pH 7.2,solid and liquid ration 1:9,hydrolisis time 5h. the yielding content of taurine was 2.623mg/g from the verifying experiment under this optimume condition.关键词
