Abstract
Using anhydrous alcohol to extract of tea,and using ethyl acetate and distilled water to soak mention fluid respectively to extract enrichment flavonoids substances which contains epigallocatechin gallate.Then using polyamide chromatography column in the(-)-EGCG separation,and analysis the results. The active carbon was used as decoloring agents,at the same time to examine the dosage of activated carbon,decoloring time and decolorJng number,the pH of bleaching solution,the proportion of ethyl acetate and water and the ethanol concentration of elution agents which had influence on experimental results. In the conditions of optimal,each 10g green tea could extract the(-)-EGCG monomer about 0.39g which purity was higher than 98%.关键词
