摘要
Abstract
Recently fast monitoring of restaurant waste oil has made much research progress ,in the meantime, more on resource utilization can be made to resolve the problem of restaurant waste oil returning to dinning tables. This paper analyzed on a variety of monitoring technologies from respect of principle,achievements,the promotion potential and so on,elaborated the current statues of biodiesel,biodemulsifier and other industrial products from restaurant waste oil ,and forecasted the development future.关键词
