Synthesis of diethylenetriamine cellulose and its adsorption property for bilirubin
摘要
Abstract
The new type of functional polymer adsorption material of diethylenetriamine cellulose(DETA/MCC)based on modified cellulose was synthesized with thionyl chloride and by subsequent chemical modification of the hydroxy on C6 in 2,3-diformyloxycellulose with diethylenetriamine.The corresponding product was characterized by infrared spectrum,XRD,element analyzer and its adsorption capacity of bilirubin.Experimental results showed that the aldehyde group content of oxycellulose was 81.02% and nitrogen concentrations in diethylenetriamine cellulose was 15.22%.FTIR spectra represented that diethylenetriamine was grafted on the cellulose.The crystalsize of diethylenetriamine cellulose was 58.29%,which was lower than MCC by comparison of XRD.The adsorption test of diethylenetriamine cellulose was carried in phosphate buffer.When the dynamic adsorbing balance was achieved in 2 hours,the adsorbing capacity for 0.1g/L bilirubin was 8.44mg/g at 37℃ and pH 7.4.关键词
