四种淡水鱼致敏蛋白免疫原性研究

Abstract
Aiming to investigate the major allergens of the following four kinds of freshwater fishes,Grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),Snakehead(Ophicephalus argus),Catfish(Silurus asotus)and Japanese sea perch(Lateolabrax japonicus)were studied.Fish muscle was extracted in the same volume of coca's buffer(pH 8.3).The relative contents of major allergens were quantified by SDS-PAGE densitometry.Immunoblot on the four kinds of freshwater fish protein extracts were performed with sera from 12 eczema patients with serum specific immunoglobulin E of fish proteins.In result,the major allergen of Grass carp was 107,62,50,27ku protein.There were 6 major allergic protein of Snakehead which were 62,50,34,32,28,17ku.The positive protein which were connected with the specific immunoglobulin E of Catfish were 62,50,39,37ku protein.Japanese sea perch major allergen were 62,50,37,34,32,18ku protein.关键词
