Isolation and identification of predominant spoiling strain M13 of mold in the stored maize
摘要
Abstract
It is very significant to research spoilage microorganisms in stored maize.A predominant strain of mold in the stored ice was isolated and identified.According to its morphological observation,phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequence and the reference manual related microbial identification,the strain was preliminary identified as Aspergillus oryzae.The measurement can be used as an accurate,reliable and straightforward method to identify the original species of the stored maize and explore genetic diversity.关键词
