摘要

Abstract

The operating factors affecting the yield of D-Glucosamine hydrochloride(GAH)from chitin by superfine comminution assisted preparation(SCAP)were studied.Firstly,single factors including HCl concentration,solid-liquid ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated seperately,then the response surface analysis method followed by the verification tests was conducted for obtaining the appropriate operation conditions.Finally,the SCAP method was compared with the traditional preparation method.Results showed that the optimal conditions of GAH preparation were as follow:HCl concentration was 8.8mol/L,liquid-solid ratio was 4.2∶ 1(mL∶ g),reaction time was 3.6h and reaction temperature was 83.0℃.Under above conditions,the yield of GAH was 74.82%,which matched with the predicted yield.Compared with the traditional preparation method,the SCAP method had obvious advantages with milder conditions and higher yield.
