驴骨蛋白多肽对小白鼠抗疲劳作用的研究
Study on antifatigue effects of donkey bone peptide in mice
摘要
Abstract
To study the anti-fatigue function of the donkey bone peptide on mice that was significant to study of fully excavating bone protein resources and developing the deep processed products.The weight,loading swimming time,the content of blood lactic acid and liver glycogen of the experimental mice were measured after 30 days through being given different doses of the donkey bone peptide to mice.The result showed the donkey bone peptide could have no obvious impact on the weight and significantly prolong swimming time,increased the reserves of liver glycogen,and decreased the content of blood lactic acid,which indicated the peptide of donkey bone has anti-fatigue function and that would provide a theoretical basis for excavating bone protein resources.关键词
