摘要

Abstract

Base on the inhibition effect of Vitamin C on discoloring reaction between Rhodamin B and K2S2O8 by Ag+ catalysis,response surface methodology(RSM)was emplyed to optimize the condition(temperature,time,dosage of RB,dosage of HAc).The result of RSM showed that the optimum condition was as fllows:reaction temperature 20.0℃,reaction time 11.82min,dosage of RB 6.99mL and dosage of HAc 2.81mL.Under these condition,the content of Vitamin C from Tragopogon porrifolius L.is 0.08mg/g.The results showed that recovery of standard addition was 100.97%,and the RSD(n=5)was 0.25%.
