Abstract
Characteristics and applications of edible packaging on chilled meat preservation were summarized.Specifically,the edible packaging have been used to reduce loss weight and blooding,inhibit lipid oxidation,improve meat quality,and extend the shelf life.Moreover,problems unsolved were put forward.关键词
