Comparison of the effects of two methods for four animal musclar tissue DNA extraction

Abstract
Genomic DNA of musclar tissues from swine,cattle,goat and chicken were extracted through SDS method and GuSCN method,respectively. The DNA was detected by optical density,agarosegel electrophoresis and polymerase chain reaction. The extraction effects of two methods were compared. Results indicated that high quality genomic DNA was separately extracted from muscle tissue of 4 animals by the SDS method and the GuSCN method,and meeted the requirements of varieties of molecular biology experiments. But the GuSCN method improved yield and purity of DNA,and had several advantages,such as simply manipulate,consume time shortly,and so on,which was most fit for extraction total DNA of animal muscle tissue.关键词
