电子鼻对两种食源性致病菌在菌株水平上区分的研究
Recognition of two food-borne pathogens at strain level by using electronic nose technology
摘要
Abstract
An electronic nose(E-nose)based on metal oxide sensor was used to detect the volatile metabolites from two pathogenic bacteria at the strain level. E-nose coupled with several chemometrics methods such as principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA)were used for statistical analysis. Qualitative discrimination results showed that the volatile metabolites of these five strains of Listeria monocytogenes(LM)could be distinguished by PCA pattern respectively,while the volatile metabolites of Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP)under the same condition could only be partly distinguished. However,when adding NaCl to each five culture solution of VP until saturation,the volatile metabolites of these five strains VP could be distinguished obviously. The application of E-nose had a certain potential for distinguishing and identifying food-borne pathogens at the strain level,and this technology could be developed as a rapid and non-destructive method for detecting food-borne pathogens in the future.关键词
