Extraction of protein from stabilized rice bran by alkali
摘要
Abstract
Used rice bran as material to extract protein by alkali extraction,single-factor design was used to determine optimal temperature,material-liquid and time. The optimal extraction conditions were achieved by orthogonal experiments. Results indicated that the optimal extraction processing parameters by alkali extraction were extraction temperature of 110℃,material-liquid ratio of 1∶ 12,extraction time of 3h,and the highest extraction rate of rice bran protein was 33. 2%.关键词
