摘要

Abstract

The reduced glutathione contains carbohydrates,pigments,proteins and other water-soluble substances except peptides which was extracted from corn germ,the content of reduced glutathione will be reduced and the physical activity will be less because the presence of these substances,the extract of reduced glutathione was purified with the method of solvent from corn germ for improving the purity of glutathione compounds. Selecting ethanol as the best solvent of precipitation method,the optimum conditions of solvent precipitation method purified GSH by single factors and orthogonal experiments were determined as follows:GSH extract and ethanol of 1∶ 1 volume ratio,the ethanol concentration was 100%,stirring time was 15min. The content of reduced glutathione in corn germ was purified with the methods of solvent precipitation by dual-beam UV spectrophotometer,which was 24. 41%. The material of extraction from the corn germ was reduced glutathione by IR.
