微波处理与热处理对牛奶包装材料机械性能影响的研究
Influence of microwave and heating on the mechanical properties of milk packaging
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the influence of heating modes on the food package safety,the present work was designed to compare changes on the mechanical properties of packaging materials of milk submitted to microwave treatment and heating. The result showed that microwave and heat treatment could both influence the mechanical properties of the films. With the increase in microwave power and treatment time,the heat-sealing intensity and tensile strength of three tested materials were downtrend,especially for the tensile strength of C. The heat-sealing intensity and tensile strength increased as the heating temperature increased,except the tensile strength of B. Along with the increase in heating time,the heat-sealing intensity of A and B was stable,relatively,but that of C obviously tended to ascent. A clear upward trend was seen in the tensile strength of A and C with the increase in heating time except B. The radical changes always appeared under high temperature,high power and long treatment time.关键词
