鸽肉的营养成分分析及其评价

摘要
Abstract
The contents of general nutrites,fatty acids,mineral and trace elements,in different instars of Columba domesticus were analysed. Result implied it had abundant nutritional material. Columba domesticus data obtained showed that there was a protein content range of 67. 8%,about 38. 8%,however unsaturated fatty acid was high in total fatty acids about 65. 12%～65. 22%,especially oleic,which level was about 39. 93%.The content was higher than those in general animal food,also.关键词
