Abstract
Samples of green tea were digested by microwave digestion,and trace elements amounts of manganese,zincum,cuprum,ferrum,chrome and selenium in sample solutions were determined by microwave plasma torch atomic emission spectrometry (MPT-AES). The influence of experiment parameters:analytical wavelength,microwave forward power,flow rate of carrier gas and support gas,oxygen shield pressure on were investigated in detail,the effects of acid and easily ionizable element were also analyzed. Influtential factors of digestion process,including microwave pressure,digestion temperature and digestion time were studied by the orthogonal experimental designing method. Under the optimum conditions,detection limits of manganese,zincum,cuprum,ferrum,chrome and selenium were 8. 2,46,18,28. 8,4. 4,4. 5ng·mL-1 respectively,standard addition recoveries were in the range of 96. 89%~102. 32% and relative standard deviation (n=11) was lower than 3. 25%. The results showed that MPT-AES was a simple,rapid,accurate and free from contamination by the environment method.关键词
