摘要

Abstract

Flavonoid is a major active ingredient of pueraria and it is used clinically for treatment of cardiovascular system diseases. But many activities had not be realized and applied fully. The latest research on extraction and health care function of flavonoid from pueraria lobata had been summarized. The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of flavonoids of puerarin as new resources of health food.
