摘要

Abstract

Nutrient content of twenty-four kinds of rice bran were analyzed.The result showed that there were highly differences in water,ash,protein,water-soluble polysaccharides,fats and crude fiber content.Ash was positive related to fats and protein(P0.01).The correlation coefficients were 0.695 and 0.568.Water-soluble polysaccharides were negative related to crude fiber(P0.05).The correlation coefficient was-0.475.According to the result of cluster analysis,twenty-four kinds of rice and rice bran each can be divided into three groups due to their attributes.Through comparison of data of rice and parallel data of rice bran,that the quality of rice cannot directly determine the quality of rice bran can be concluded.
